Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted. The product to be returned must be delivered as received within 15 days, without removing the inner and outer labels, complete and undamaged with its standard accessories.

Returns are not accepted for products that have been washed, have perfume, deodorant or any scent and/or traces/stains on them, are worn, torn or otherwise damaged, or are no longer resellable.
